The AW8 is THE form you complete to claim your pension.

It is a 14 Section Form, The good news is you, as employees, only have to complete Sections 6 – 14.

The last four pages (13 – 16) are Guidance Notes only, nothing else to do except send the Form – ALWAYS remembering to take a copy for yourself, to your HR Department (or third party provider who provide your Payroll/Pension Services if guided to do so)
